To access your 2025 results:

• Log in to your University of Chicago MyChart account.

• If you do not already have a MyChart account, you will be able to create one by following the link below.

• If you need help with MyChart, contact the University of Chicago Medicine at 1(844) 442-4278.

If you wish to view blood draw results from previous years, you may still access them through our legacy health portal for a limited time. After that period, your historical results will continue to be accessible through Methodist MyChart.
